1Add 1 tsp caper brine to lime juice. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on a very hot skillet. Once it starts smoking, add the shrimp, and let sizzle for half a minute. Shake the skillet to turn over the shrimp. As it turns translucent (less than a minute), drop in the garlic and garlic parsley and sauté. Toss in half of the butter. Stir. Turn heat to low and toss in the rest of the butter. Serve on toast
