Slice one side of each shrimp lengthwise and open up into butterfly shape. Take flour in a bowl and add seasoning salt. Break 2 eggs and drop in. Add beer. Gently mix to make batter. Add a cup of ice and mix again. Hold each shrimp with its tail, put into the batter and coat well. Place them in a deep frier (370 deg F) and fry for 2 to 3 minutes till golden brown. Serve with a sauce.
