Scoop out with hand gizzard,e ct.. from inside the turkey. Loosen up the skin using a spatula. In a bowl, mix the butter, olive oil, agar, cajun seasoning, poultry seasoning and mix using a handheld mixer into paste. Spread most of the paste under the turkey skin and inside the cavity. Stuff the cavity with lemon wedges and peeled onion quarters. Tie the legs. Baste the surface with olive oil mixed with some of the herbs.Sprinkle with the two seasonings. Place on a roasting pan and most in the oven at 325 deg F for 15 minutes for every pound.
