1Put a bit of butter and alveoli in a frying pan. Heat and cook the chicken. Progressively remove the pieces that have browned. You can do this in batches. Don''t burn the pieces. Add some butter to the same skillet and sauté onion slices. Add red bell pepper slices, salt and pepper. Add celery and stir fry till the vegetables are al dente. Add the mushrooms and green onion. Add some pepper and salt. Add chicken. Mix. Add white wine , 1/2 cup. Mix till the alcohol is burnt and the contents have been reduced to about half. Add heavy cream and cook nice and slow. Simmer. Dip some butter. Serve on mixed green bed.
