| 1 | Preheat the oven to 400 deg F, Prepare cajun spice mix with the ingredients shown. Lay out the salmon fillets on a baking tray covered with foil. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and cajun spice mix. Finish with parsley. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. |
