| 1 | Bash chicken with salt, pepper, sugar, and 2 tbsp chopped onion. Let it sit. Brush aside excess onion. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken till they turn brown. Keep aside. Remove other burnt pieces. In the same skillet, saute onion, green pepper, red pepper and ketchup. Add a cup of hot water. Add 1 tsp water. Drop in the chicken. Add another cup of hot water. Cover. Leave in medium heat for 1 hour. |
