Add oil to a pan and sauté onion and tomato for 7 minutes. Add the ground beef and tomato paste. Spread the paste around. Let it heat. Meanwhile cut the hard boiled eggs into pieces. Add sliced olive to the beef once the beef is cooked. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes under cover on low heat. Switch off. Prepare dough by adding water to the dough and kneading. Roll the dough into tortilla shapes. Take a tortilla, place it flat on the cutting board, place some meat in the middle, fold one end over the other, pinch the two edged together using a fork. Deep fry the pastelitos till golden brown.
