Mix steak (2 in pieces) with 1 pkt Sazon Goya (not in ingredient list).Add adobo seasoning, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, and 2 tbsp Sofrito (a Dominican cooking base) per pound of meat. Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and heat. Add the meat. Let it simmer. Stir for 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cup water. Cover. Let it boil.Add 1/2 can tomato sauce.Stir and keep cooking the meat is tender, adding water if necessary. Serve with beans and rice.
