Blend 4 tomatoes, 3 tbsp cilantro, ½ large jalapeno in a mixer. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a heated pan,1 large chopped onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic. When the onion turns translucent, mix in the tomato puree. Heat for 4 minutes. Add 1 ½ tbsp oil to a flat skillet. Place 2 soft, corn tortillas and heat each side for 15 sec. Set aside. Fry 2 eggs on medium heat under cover. Move some hot oil to the sunny sides. Cook for 15 sec under cover. Place on the tortillas. Add some 1 tbsprefried beans to a plate and ½ tbsp. grated cheese to a serving plate. Place tortilla plus egg on top. Cover with 2 tbsp of hot sauce. Sprinkle 2 tsp queso fresco, Garnish with tomato and cilantro on side. Repeat with the other tortilla,
