Put a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add 2 corn tortillas, half folded and supporting each other. Add ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese to each. Add 5 pieces of picked jalepeno pieces to each. Add 2 tbsp of pre-fried onion pieces. Add ½ tsp of cumin powder to each. Fold over and fry each side for about 3 minutes till brown and crispy. Add 1 tbsp some sour cream and 1 tbsp of salsa on each. Sprinkle cilantro. Place all on a serving plate and add 1 sliced avocado on the top.
