Mix a 16 oz can of chili Colorado or enchilada sauce with 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 ½ tsp ancho chili powder, 2 tsp salt and juice of 2 lemons. Mix for 2 minutes. Add 1.2 lb thinly sliced beef, and1 tbsp of cilantro. Place beef slices. Cover with plastic foil and marinade in a refrigerator for 2 day. Grill the marinated pieces on a charcoal or gas grill for about 8 minutes till well done. Serve with grilled green chilies, refried beans, corn on cob and avocado.
