Mix in wet ingredients into the bowl.

Put frying pan on medium heat. Melt the coconut oil in the pan. Then pour excess oil into pancake mix and stir. Place a couple of spoonfuls of pancake mix into frying pan.

Flip pancakes when bubbles appear. Then cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
