Slice zucchini into thin, circular pieces. Place on one side of baking sheet.

Lay out asparagus spears on other end of baking sheet.

Lightly coat with vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake zucchini and asparagus for 10 minutes.

Add salmon filet to center of baking sheet. Lightly coat with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook salmon and veggies for 5 minutes.
