1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Chop apple into bite-sized chunks.
3Spread apple chunks on a baking sheet and put into oven. Bake until golden brown.
4After the apples bake, empty the instant oatmeal packet into a microwaveable bowl and add 2/3 cup of water. Stir.
5Microwave the oatmeal, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
6Carefully remove hot bowl from oven. Stir and allow to cool slightly.
7Add the baked apples to the bowl of oatmeal and enjoy.
