Heat ground turkey in a pan until fully cooked.

Chop up the veggies and throw them into the pan with the turkey. Let the pan simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the salt and pepper.

Then add the can of rotel to the turkey. Let simmer for a couple of minutes, then add the cheese.
