In a bowl, combine banana, egg, egg whites,rolled oats and protein powder

Use a fork to mash everything up and stir until the desired consistency is reached (lumpy or smooth)

Heat up a non-stick pan on medium and spray enough olive oil to coat the pan (about 3 seconds spray)

When the pan starts smoking, pour in the contents of the bowl

Let the batter sit until the bottom layer solidifies halfway, and then flip the pancake over.

Reduce heat to low and let the pancake simmer till it is fully cooked (check by prodding it with a fork).
