First chop up the green pepper and mince the garlic cloves.

Then put the pound of raw ground beef on the stove and throw in the veggies.

Once meat is fully cooked, open the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste and throw it in with the meat.

Then throw in the salt and pepper and continue to stir and cook for the next 40 minutes or so.

Cook pasta in separate pot according to package.

Drain pasta and put sauce over pasta. Top with cheese.
