1First chop up the green pepper and mince the garlic cloves.
2Then put the pound of raw ground beef on the stove and throw in the veggies.
3Once meat is fully cooked, open the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste and throw it in with the meat.
4Then throw in the salt and pepper and continue to stir and cook for the next 40 minutes or so.
5Cook pasta in separate pot according to package.
6Drain pasta and put sauce over pasta. Top with cheese.
