Grind dry rolled oats in blender until flour like consistency. Add 1 cup cottage cheese, 4 to 5 eggs and blend well in blender. Add baking powder, vanilla and approx. 10 drops of stevia.

Pour 1/3 cup onto hot gridle. Turn once when bubbles form. Remove from griddle and cool if going to freeze. Or eat and enjoy.
