Cook the spaghetti in boiling water.

Roast the tomatoes, onion

Pour vinegar over the tomatoes and let it simmer. When cooked, add everything into the blender with the peppers.

Put beef in the same pan and cook.

Pour the sauce over the beef and let it sit for about 5 min.

When the sauce is done pour the cooked spaghetti into the pan and blend everything together.
