Sequence Step
1Heat oil in skillet.
2In small bowl, beat eggs, cream and salt and pepper. Pour into skillet.
3Pull egg mixture from sides to allow uncooked eggs to edges to cook. When egg is mostly cooked, lay asparagus onto eggs and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Fold egg mixture over to make omelette. Heat through and serve.
