1 Medium Summer Squash
1 Medium Italian Squash
3/4 Cup Chopped Onions
2 Tbls Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbls Worchestershire Sauce
Splash of Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbls Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chop Onions and saute in pan with olive oil.
Slice Squash and place in hot pan with sauted onions. Suate until softened.
Add Splash of Sesame Oil.
Add Balsamic Vinegar and Worchestershire Sauce.
Cook to desired tenderness and remove from heat.
