Also add in Tumeric, Garam Masala. Everytyhing is really to taste. Brown chicken, toast spices and grind, throw all in a pressure cooker. Serve with Rice. Garnish with Chilis and Fresh Cilantro. Can make much tastier with Butter and yogurt (although watch may need to substitute due to acid content).
