Stuffed Pepper Soup- by : htrice
In stockpot over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain. Add peppers and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent but not brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, salt and pepper. Cover. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until peppers are tender. Add rice. Heat through. Serve.
