This is a variation of a traditional meat loaf. More like a chopped steak since it lacks the veggies and ketchup topping. A can of evaporated milk can be added to help hold it together if it looks to dry. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
