1 | combine first eleven ingredients in a saute pan and meld together on medium heat |
2 | place flank steak in 9 x 13 dish and pour mixture over steak |
3 | marinate in refridgerator for 1-2 hours |
4 | chop onion and mix with mushrooms; place in aluminum foil |
5 | place butter in foil; sprinkle with S & P; add a dash of worchstershire |
6 | cook onions and mushrooms on grill until tender |
7 | cook flank steak on grill until medium rare (approx 20 minutes on a gas grill -10 minutes on each side); constantly brushing with marinade |
8 | remove everything from the grill |
9 | slice flank steak across the grain |
10 | top with mushrooms and onions; serve while warm |
