teaspoonSpices, ground cumin

cupsCannellini beans, canned, rinsed and drained

stalk, large (11"-12" long)celery, diced
1/4
slice, large (1/4" thick)Onion, chopped

dashsalt, to taste

dashpepper, to taste
Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown Turkey with onions and celery; rinse and drain beans. Add beans to chicken broth over medium heat while turkey is browning. Bring broth to boil and add 1 tbsp flour, pre-mixed with a little warm water, to help thicken. Once turkey is brown, add turkey and seasonings to the broth; cover and let simmer for about an hour.
