| 1 | Mix together the first five dry ingredients. | 2 | Whisk lightly 4 large eggs and add to dry ingredients; then add 1 cup vegetable oil. | 3 | Add pumpkin, heavy cream, vanilla and chocolate chips to bowl. | 4 | Using mixer blend till smooth batter consistency. | 5 | Using a laddle, pour into lined or greased muffin pans.
