Steps
Sequence Step
1Lay tortilla on serving plate. Top each with half of the spinach, onions, cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, and soy nuts. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon of the oil. Roll up the tortilla and old together with a toothpick, if needed. Microwave for 15 seconds, then slice in half on the diagonal. Remove toothpicks and serve.
