| 1 | Preheat oven to convection 325. Grease cookie sheet. Beat sugars and margarine until creamy. Add applesauce, egg product and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and 1 t salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, and raisins and nuts; mix well.
Drop onto cookie sheet - convection @ 325 for 6 minutes and then rotating shelves and another 5 minutes - seemed pretty good. |
