| 1 | Drain and Rinse chick peas | 2 | Finely chop vegetables. (For those on "mushy" stage, saute with a little chicken or vegetable broth until soft) | 3 | Mix chick peas, veg and tomato sauce in casserole dish. | 4 | Top with cheese and bake at 350 until chick peas are cooked and cheese is melted.
