| 1 | Cook the steak until nearly done. At the same time, cook the noodles...set aside when done. In the same skillet...saute the sliced onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 8 minutes.
Stir in beef broth, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Once mixed, toss imn the noodles and coat well.
Top with provolone. Remove from heat and out lid on skillet until cheese is melted. |
