| 1 | Beat sugar, oil, egg yolks and vanilla well.
Add dry ingredients, beat well.
Add carrots, beets and nuts, beat until mixed.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in two 9 x 5 x 2 greased pans at 350 degrees 1 hour 10 minutes. |
