Recipe Description Place all ingredients in mixer and beat for 10-15 minutes, until it stands in soft peaks. Put ½ of batter in ungreased angel food cake pan. Sprinkle with ½ of cinnamon sugar mixture. Put in the other half of batter and sprinkle the top with the other half of cinnamon sugar mixture. Swirl through the batter with a knife and sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
