| 1 | Chop the broccoli floret into single stems of broccoli, discard the stalks. | 2 | Dice the tomatoes. | 3 | Pour in about 2 tablespoons of the juice from the olive jar(to taste) then add 4 tablespoons of olives (to taste). Mix broccoli, mayonnaise, tomatoes and olives until it is relatively creamy. Best served Chilled. |
