| 1 | Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. | 2 | Cut 2 1/2 - 3 pound squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Using vegetable peeler, peel squash. Cut each half into thirds lengthwise and the into slice into 1/2-inch pieces. | 3 | Place sqaush in baking dish; sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and pour broth over squash. Dot with butter. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30-40 minutes or until knife pierces squash with slight resistance. |
