Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, add oatmeal, nuts, flax seed, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, and dried fruit. Mix with hands until combined well. Then add eggs, oil, and apple juice concentrate. Mix with hands (like meatloaf) until all is moist. Pour ingredients into a greased 9x13" pan, and pack down very well. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes, but don''t let the edges get too browned. Cut into squares immediately after removing from oven, but do not remove the bars from the pan until completely cool
