Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and grease baking dish (Pam Spray)
2Fry Bacon until Crisp (or use leftovers)
3Quarter bread slices and scatter around baking dish
4Slice tomato, chop spinach and bacon. Scatter over top of bread
5Whisk eggs, yogurt, milk, dijon, and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste and pour everything over the bread. Make sure to cover everything
6Bake 30-40 minutes until custard is set
