| 1 | In a large bowl, add oatmeal, nuts, flax seed, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, and dried fruit. Mix with hands until combined well. Then add eggs, oil, and apple juice concentrate. Mix with hands (like meatloaf) until all is moist. Pour ingredients into a greased 9x13" pan, and pack down very well. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes, but don''t let the edges get too browned.
