Steps
Sequence Step
1mix dry ingredients together.
2warm sweetened condensed milk on stove top
3combine milk with dry ingredients
4spread in 9 x 13 greased pan and bake for 1 hr. in 250 degree oven
5let cool for 15 minutes and cut into bars
