Steps
Sequence Step
1Combing flours and salt.
2Mix in shortening until consistency of oatmeal.
3add boiling water combine with fork until well mixed.
4roll into balls, place on cookie sheet.
5Cover and let sit for 1 hour or up to 8.
6Heat pan on medium heat.
7on lightly floured surface roll out balls til desired thinkness.
8place tortilla on pan. wait 10 seconds. flip. wait 20-30 seconds or until it begins to bubble. Flip then wait 20-30 seconds and romove from pan.
