Recipe Description coarsely chop sausage, brn in olive oil, add 1/2 tsp thyme and pepper, ad 3 cups of chicken broth and 1/2 cup heavy cream, bring to bubbling, stir in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and simmer until cheese is melted...awesome and low carb!!!

1coarsely chop sausage leaving casings on, brown in 2 tbl olive oil with 1 tsp of thyme and 1 tsp of black pepper
2add 3 cups chicken stock and 1/2 cup heavy cream and bring to bubbling
3stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and simmer until cheese is melted.
