Sequence Step
1Saute onions in margarine. Add flour and pepper to onions. tir until blended. Cook 30 minutes. Add broth, stirring constantly with wire whip. Cook until thickened, stirring often. Check for seasoning. Add salt if needed. Add frozen precooked diced chicken. Cook celery until partially done. Drain. Fold celery and carrots into sauce. Add pees to chicken mixture. Mix carefully. Place 1 1/2 pastry sheets in greased large steamtable pan. Pour mixture in. Place 1 1/2 pastry sheets on top. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crust is done. Cut into 5 x 4 to get 20 servings.
