| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees | 2 | Mix dry ingredients. | 3 | Mash banana. Add splenda, add egg beaters, vanilla, and any other wet ingredients. Mix well. | 4 | Add banana mix to dry flour mix, folding until just wet. Add chocolate chips gently. | 5 | Put mix into muffin tins which have been sprayed with Pam or Bakers Joy to avoid sticking. | 6 | Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. | 7 | Remove from muffin pan and cool on wire rack. |
