Recipe Description Clean Organic Spinach, Kale, Parsley - any or all of them. About 3 cups worth. Clean and core a fugi or breaburn apple, peel banana Measure 1 cup worth of organic frozen fruit. Measure 1 cup of OJ and 2 Cups of water Add everything to blendar and blend on high until finely blended.

Steps

1Clean all produce. Greens should equal about 3 cups Peel banana Core apple measure frozen fruit Measure OJ Measure Water
2Add everything to the blender - preferably a vitamix or other powerful blender. Put top on and blend on high until nicely blended.
3Pour in glass and enjoy with a straw. You are finished!
