packageyeast, active dry (quick rise)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Measure water and margarine in a 2 cup measure, add egg and mix well. Place in the pan of the bread machine and add the salt. Add flour and sugar, make a well in the top and add the yeast. Set the machine for "dough". Once the cycle is complete, remove the dough with floured hands to a floured board (dough is sticky) and let rest, covered for 10 minutes. Shape into a bread loaf, and place in a greased bread pan. Cover and let rise until double, bake at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes. You can also divide dough into 15 pieces, roll into balls and cover and rise til double, and bake at 350* for about 15 minutes.
