| 1 | Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain | 2 | cook ground beef and celery until browned and tender. | 3 | Add seasonings,tomato paste, one tomato-paste can of water and mushrooms. | 4 | Place noodles in large bowl; mix in sour cream and cottage cheese. | 5 | Line bottom of 9x13 baking dish with noodle mixture. | 6 | Top with ground beef mixture.
