1Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2Grease 9 x 13 pan.
3Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing with a spoon.
4Dump in pan and bake 30 - 40 minutes till tests done.
5Frost when cool with your favorite frosting.
