| 1 | In a bowl, add half a cup of water to the cornmeal. In a deep saucepan, bring the remaining water to a boil. Add the cornmeal paste, one spoon at a time, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming, until the mixture becomes a smooth porridge. Stir in the mashed pumpkin, one spoon at a time. Add the peanut butter and sugar. Mix well. Cover, and cook over low heat for one or two minutes. Serve warm as a side dish |
