| 1 | Spray crockpot with cooking spray layer 1/2 hashbrowns, meat and cheese. Repeat. Then mix eggs, milk, sour cream, seasoning and cream of tartar in a bowl, then pour over hashbrown layers. Cook in crockpot on low for 7-8 hrs |
