Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350F. Spray loaf pan with baking spray. In medium bowl, whisk together the flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. In large bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, applesauce, vanilla, sugars with a whisk. Fold in the grated zucchini. Mix in the flour mixture with wooden spoon. Do not over mix. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour into the loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes in pan before turning out.
